Warranties and Repairs
POS Xchange Solutions offers a cost-effective warranty and out of warranty repairs service.
3.1 Units within 1 year or extended warranty will be repaired free of charge. POS Xchange Solutions will not be liable for pick-up and delivery of the defective product. the user my drop off the faulty item at out designated address. Faulty units will be assed within 72 hours from the date of arrival and repaired within 3 to 7 working days.
3.2 if the unit is tempered with or physically damaged, lightening, water damage, dropped or cracked screen. This product will be warranty Void and the customer will liable for repair cost.
3.3 quotes will be sent via email repairs@posxs.co.za Quote accepted items will be repaired 3 to 7 working days depending on spare part availability. Parts on backorder may take up to 30 working day to arrive in the country.
RNR
3.4 Unit may be Returned unrepaired due to the nature of the fault. Such unit will be marked (RETURNED NOT REPAIRED) the customer may elect to scrap the unit or collect the item unrepaired. Unit uncollected over 30 days will be scrapped automatically. 30 days from the date of notice.
Quote Rejected
3.5 Quote rejected items will be subjected to Quote rejection flat rate fee of R375.00 excluding Vat.
Repaired Units
3.6 Repaired units both warranty and out of warranty customers will be notified via email repaires@posxs.co.za if not collected within 30 days. Storage free will be charged per day, a flat rate fee of R25.00 excluding Vat per day.
