Shipping & Returns

1.1 Shipping
POS Xchange Solutions uses a number of different couriers who deliver safely and securely to your door. We do not make use of the Post Office, and require signature on delivery for all our orders.

1.2 We’ll deliver your order by the Estimated Delivery Date provided in your order confirmation email or Text. All delivery times are quoted on each product page, as well as during the checkout process.

1.3 Shipping costs are quoted according to the weight of the order, as well as the customer’s location. The shipping costs will be calculated and shown clearly during the checkout process. Shipping starts at R70.00 for Major Center delivery, and if you order is above R750.00 or more delivery is free.

1.4 Your tracking number will be provided to you via email, SMS or WhatsApp.

1.5 If this date changes, we’ll let you know straight away by email, SMS and/or WhatsApp.

2.Returns
2.1 We only order and ship brand new items, likewise we cannot take goods back “into stock” from customers, this saves future customers money as stock sitting on shelves impacts our cash flow, and is a cost most companies transfer to the customer. It also ensures customers receive only brand-new sealed items. USA origin goods can be returned, but have to get back to the USA within 30 days of your original order date. The store will only refund the value of the item while all other costs including shipping, VAT, duties and our service fees are non-refundable. You will also need to pay to send the goods back to the USA. This return is usually very expensive and results in a refund value far less than what is originally paid, and in your interest is discouraged.

2.2 All import items returned, due to the items no longer being wanted, will incur a mandatory 35% handling fee in addition to the return costs. Only items that are unopened in their original packaging may be returned.

2.3 Opened, tempered, used, damaged goods and goods of a personal nature cannot be returned.
